Co-Op Camp Scout Report
This year was Co-Op Camp's 25th Anniversary. It was tons of fun. On Friday we arrived and set-up camp. Soon after that we went to the Karaoke which was held outside Rotary Lodge. At night there was a huge storm.
On Saturday, we did the activities. Those were a lot of fun also. That night they had a dance and two movies. I went to the dance, which was also a lot of fun.
The activities included Frisbee Golf which is where you get a Frisbee an you throw it at a target which is the "hole". Another one was Treasure Hunt, which is where you get a list, and you have to find what is on the list. There was checkers which is where one person is the leader and the rest of the group are checker pieces and the leader directs them to the other side. "Just Passing Through" was an activity also. What you had to do was get your team through a fence of ropes. The catch was that you couldn't touch the rope or use the same square twice. Another activity was balloon stomp, where you tried to step on other people's balloon. Another one was Build the Throne which was where you get 10 nails (1 for each person in your group) and you build a chair without a plan. The last one was a group obstacle course. Inside the course was a wall of hay to climb over, a bell on a pole that you had to ring, a potato sack race, a stilt race, tires that you had to walk through and more.
Overall it was a great camp!
