CO-OP CAMP
Report by: Patrol Leader Cory M.- Falcon Patrol

CO-OP CAMP IS THE BEST CAMP OF ALL.  THIS IS MY FAVORITE CAMP OF THE YEAR.  THE ACTIVITIES WERE GREAT, THE FOOD WAS GREAT, AND THE MOVIE WAS APPARENTLY GREAT, BUT FOR SURE THE BEST PART OF ALL, THE DANCE WAS GREAT.

FRIDAY

THE DAY STARTED OUT NORMAL, WE ARRIVED AND SET UP OUR TENTS.  LATER THAT NIGHT WE HEARD THE MUSIC FOR THE KARAOKE.  WE SET OFF TO THE KARAOKE AND WATCHED PEOPLE EMBARRASS THEMSELVES.  MOST OF THE PEOPLE I KNEW.  MY FRIEND CRAIG SAW HIS COUSIN AT THE CAMP.  WE PRETTY MUCH HUNG AROUND WITH THEM BECAUSE I KNEW SOME PEOPLE IN THAT GROUP TOO.  AFTER THAT WE ALL CAME BACK FOR MUG-UP, THEN TRIED TO GO TO SLEEP BUT COULDN'T BECAUSE OF OTHER PEOPLE IN OUR GROUP.

SATURDAY

TODAY IS SATURDAY, AND IN THE MORNING IT WAS A FREEZING AWAKING.  WE GRADUALLY GOT UP EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A STRUGGLE.  THIS MORNING I WAS HALF ASLEEP UNTIL THE ACTIVITIES STARTED.  OUR FIRST ACTIVITY WAS THE ONE WHERE YOU DO THE QUIZ AND THE SHELTER.  I DIDN'T REALLY ENJOY THAT ACTIVITY.  THE SECOND ONE WAS A TUG-A-WAR THAT WAS MY FAVORITE ACTIVITY OF ALL BECAUSE I WAS UNDEFEATED.  OUR LAST ACTIVITY WAS THE RELAY RACE.  WE DID HORRIBLE ON THAT ONE.  WE CAME BACK ONLY TO SEE OUR PICNIC SHELTER WAS BLOWN OVER AND CRUSHED THE TENT BESIDE ME, AND RIPPING MY TENT A BIT.

OF COURSE WE MADE LUNCH THEN HEAD OUT FOR THE ACTIVITIES.  OUR NEXT ONE WAS THE ONE WHERE YOU RAN UP THE HILL CARRYING THE PERSON.  OUR NEXT ONE WAS THE MEMORY GAME.  THAT ONE WAS PRETTY EASY AND WE DID SOME BONUS QUESTIONS THEN DID OUR LAST ACTIVITY, WHICH WAS THE WATER WALK.  I WAS THE VOICE WHO LEADS.  THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS EVERYONE CHEATED AND TRIED TO GET ME WET.  THAT WAS THE LAST ACTIVITY OF THE DAY THE ONLY THING TO LOOK FORWARD TO WAS THE DANCE.  BUT FIRST YOU HAVE TO FIND A DATE.  I WAS ALREADY GOING TO THE DANCE WITH SOME FRIENDS SO WE TRIED TO SET PEOPLE UP WITH OTHER PEOPLE.  THAT ENTERTAINED US UNTIL DINNER THEN IT WAS TIME TO GO TO THE DANCE.  THE DANCE ENDED EARLY.  THEN OFF TO BED.

SUNDAY

SUNDAY MORNING IT WAS HARD TO GET OUT OF BED BECAUSE IT WAS SO COLD.  WE MADE BREAKFAST AND EXCHANGED PHONE # WITH THE GIRLS I DANCE WITH.  THEN WE HAD CLOSING.  WHEN WE CAME BACK WE TOOK DOWN THE TENTS THEN HAD LUNCH.  EVENTUALLY WE CAME HOME.
