Fall Activities 2000

Apple Day is a national Scouts Canada public relations and community support event, as well as a major fundraiser for 15th Burlington. Over $1,000 each year is raised by each group on Apple Day to help fund our programs and events through our efforts at the malls and door to door.  Year 2000's Apple Day was a nice sunny day, and a huge success raising around $1500 for 15th Burlington.  (More pictures from Apple Day 2000 can be found on the Scout Website.)

For the investiture of our Tenderpads and Sixer / Seconds this year, we continued our idea from last year and held it at Camp Manitou at the Cub Council Rock fire pit. This year, we changed things a bit and held a family day, including a scavenger hunt around the camp.
